Feuding mothers tell themselves that they know best in a Hindi-language romantic comedy directed by Navjot Gulati. Neighbours Puneet (Sunny Singh) and Saanjh (Sonnalli Seygall) are madly in love but they are forced to keep the relationship a secret from their respective matriarchs, Laali (Supriya Pathak) and Pinky (Poonam Dhillon). The former best friends are now sworn enemies and are embroiled in a long-term feud that has divided the two families. Puneet and Saanjh are crestfallen when the mothers arrange their marriages to different people. In retaliation, the smitten offspring conceive a daring con to fool Laali and Pinky into publicly blessing their romance.
