Thirty-something Rose Dooley (Maeve Higgins) has turned her back on the past as the daughter of renowned spiritualist Vincent Dooley (Risteard Cooper), who exploited his little girl's psychic abilities for personal gain. Rose prefers to connect with the living, rather than countless spirits, as a driving instructor. She is contacted by widower Martin Martin (Barry Ward), who wants to rid his home of a meddlesome late wife, who continues to wreak havoc as a poltergeist. Rose is reluctant to intervene until Martin's teenage daughter Sarah (Emma Coleman) suddenly levitates. It transpires that washed-up rock star Christian Winter (Will Forte) has cast a satanic spell to revive his flagging career. He has chosen Sarah as a virgin sacrifice to seal his pact with the Devil. Rose joins forces with Martin to save Sarah's soul while Christian and his harridan wife Claudia (Claudia O'Doherty) enact their diabolical plan.
