The Isle
A merchant ship is lost at sea off the coast of Scotland and the only survivors are the captain, Oliver Gosling (Alex Hassell), and two crew, Jim Bickley (Graham Butler) and Cailean Ferris (Fisayo Akinade). They seek refuge on a small island where they meet one of the locals, Fingal MacLeod (Dickon Tyrrell), who doesn't have enough room to provide the newcomers with lodgings for the night. Instead, Oliver, Jim and Cailean are taken to the home of Douglas Innis (Conleth Hill) and his daughter Lanthe (Tori Butler Hart), who warn the newcomers to stay inside as darkness falls. It becomes clear to the stricken sea dogs that the island is home to dark secrets.
