Burning Men
Two struggling musicians embark on an offbeat road trip directed by Jeremy Wooding and co-written by Neil Spencer, which is shot almost entirely from the characters' point of view so actors look straight into the camera. Twentysomething pals Don (Aki Omoshaybi) and Ray (Ed Hayter) harbour grand ambitions of being musicians in America. When they are evicted from their flat in South London, the lads decide to sell their collection of vinyls to fund a move across the Atlantic. They pack everything into their old Volvo Amazon including a stolen Black Metal record. En route, Don and Ray meet Susie (Elinor Crawley), who accompanies them on their madcap cross-country odyssey.
