Shot on location in England and Scotland, director Chee Keong Cheung's action horror unfolds in a post-apocalyptic world overrun by the flesh-hungry undead. A deadly contagion in a London prison decimates the capital and transforms thousands into zombies. The threat is temporarily contained in the south of England behind fortified borders, where the infected with combat skills are dangerously enhanced killing machines. Time is of the essence and the only way to stop the spread of the virus seems to be the rescue of a scientist from a city overrun by the undead. An eight-strong team of Special Forces soldiers led by Captain Marcus Stanton (Oris Erhuero) embark on this suicide rescue mission, aware that they may never return. Stanton's squad includes Lieutenant Frank Perez (Mark Strange), Lieutenant Rodrigo Gonzalez (Michael Sheehan), Corporal Jacob Gallagher (Martyn Ford), Sergeant Frederick Reeves (Carlos Gallardo), Sergeant Kira Paige (Katarina Waters), Sergeant Simon Lau (Akira Koieyama) and Private Perry Bernstein (Joshua Dickinson). As the soldiers venture into the heart of darkness, they make split-second decisions that have shocking ramifications for the rest of the world.
