Racer And The Jailbird
Gifted car driver Benedicte (Adele Exarchopolous) celebrates the end of a race at the bar where handsome and cocksure car salesman Gino (Matthias Schoenaerts) makes his move. He flirts openly with Benedicte, who is known to her friends as Bibi, and she is eventually worn down by his confidence and persistence. The couple embarks on a passionate affair and Gino introduces Bibi to his close-knit group of friends, who are his surrogate family. As Bibi spends time with her beau, she realises that he is hiding something. She is unaware that Gino makes his fortune as a bank robber, executing daring and elaborate heists with the help of his buddies. Gino attempts to hide the shocking truth from his sweetheart, fearful that Bibi will jump into her Porsche and accelerate away from him if she discovers that he operates on the wrong side of the law.
