Shaul Schwarz and Christina Clusiau's provocative documentary travels across the plains and lush forests of Africa to meet key figures who are involved in animal conservation and big game hunting in a land where elephants, lions and rhinos edge ever closer to extinction. The film meets Christo Gomes, owner of Mabula Pro Safaris in South Africa, who charges wealthy clients - predominantly Americans - between 25,000 and 100,000 US dollars to hunt, shoot and kill the "trophy" of their choice. Other contributors include the world's largest private rhino breeder, John Hume, who believes the only way to save the species is to legalise the lucrative trade in rhino horn, and Zimbabwean wildlife officer Chris Moore, whose anti-poaching campaign is partially subsidised by big game hunters.
