Kabir Khan writes and directs this touching Bollywood drama set during the 1962 Sino-Indian war. The film centres on a simple yet kind-hearted soul called Laxman (Salman Khan), who was orphaned at an early age with his younger brother, Bharat (Sohail Khan). The siblings are incredibly close and Bharat becomes his older brother's protector from the harsh realities of a world that looks down on Laxman. When tensions flare between India and China, Bharat enrols in the army and heads to the front line. Laxman is left to his own devices and struggles to cope with simple day-to-day decisions. Consequently, he embarks on a momentous journey into the conflict zone to reunite with his brother. This selfless act places Laxman at the heart of a war he does not comprehend, beyond the potentially fatal ramifications for his beloved sibling.
