When Harry Met Sally...

A welcome reissue of Rob Reiner's oft imitated relationship comedy, penned by Nora Ephron, which is best known for a fake orgasm sequence in a busy diner. Harry Burns (Billy Crystal) and Sally Albright (Meg Ryan) first meet in the late 1970s, having both graduated from the University of Chicago. At the time, Harry shares his philosophy about human relationships and affirms his belief that "men and women can't be friends because the sex part always gets in the way". Sally disagrees. Over the course of the next 10 years, their paths cross. With various failed relationships behind them, Harry and Sally decide to be friends and spend hours chatting to one another on the telephone. A spark of attraction between the couple forces them to revisit Harry's theory and consider the consequences if they were to end up in bed together.
