Aloys
Aloys Adorn (Georg Friedrich) runs a small private detective agency with his father (Karl Friedrich), accepting cases which usually involve lots of surveillance. The men often work independently and when Aloys' old man dies, he copes with his grief by continuing his solitary existence as if nothing has changed. Heading home on the bus one day, Aloys realises that a bag continuing recordings of his targets has been stolen. Soon after, a mysterious woman called Vera (Tilde von Overbeck) makes contact and claims to have the bag in her possession. She threatens to send the recordings to the relevant people unless Aloys agrees to take part in telephone therapy sessions, which invite him to imagine himself in unusual situations.
