The 9th Life of Louis Drax
Adapted for the screen by Max Minghella from Liz Jensen's book, The 9th Life Of Louis Drax is a fantastical drama centred on a nine-year-old boy called Louis (Aiden Longworth), who has been the victim of curious accidents since he was old enough to mewl in his crib. His father Peter (Aaron Paul) and mother Natalie (Sarah Gadon) try to protect their boy but they are powerless to prevent Louis tumbling down a cliff during a family picnic. The little boy lies in a coma, clinging onto life, while his parents pray for a miracle. The police led by Officer Dalton (Molly Parker) suspect foul play. Acclaimed neurologist Dr Allan Pascal (Jamie Dornan) is asked to investigate the troubling case and as he delves into Louis' past, the scientist uncovers a world full of magic and mystery.
