Chevalier
Greek writer-director Athina Rachel Tsangari continues to push boundaries with this quixotic comedy drama about male posturing and ego. Christos (Sakis Rouvas), Josef (Vangelis Mourikis), Yorgos (Panos Koronis), Doctor (Yorgos Kendros), Yannis (Yorgos Pirpassopoulos) and his younger brother Dimitris (Makis Papadimitriou), who stills lives with his mother, bid farewell to their respective families and embark on a fishing trip on a luxury yacht. Out at sea, the men devise a series of physical and mental challenges and tests to discover which of them is the alpha male. Competitive spirit between the six travellers spirals out of control with hilarious consequences.
