Queen of Earth
One year ago, Virginia (Katherine Waterston) spent a balmy summer weekend at her family's cabin in the woods with her good friend Catherine (Elisabeth Moss) and Catherine's boyfriend James (Kentucker Audley). Since then, Catherine has been devastated by the death of her father, whom she idolised, and by James leaving her. In order to lift Catherine out of her emotional fug, Virginia invites her good friend back to the cabin in the woods for quiet self-reflection and healing. Virginia also invites her neighbour Rich (Patrick Fugit), whose presence creates unexpected friction and sets in motion a terrifying chain of events.
