Bugsy Malone
Re-release of Alan Parker's 1976 musical comedy about a chancer called Bugsy Malone (Scott Baio), who aligns himself with bar owner Fat Sam (John Cassisi) in a bitter feud with crime kingpin Da Boss (Martin Lev), who is keen to protect his empire from rivals with the help of dreaded splat guns. The plan is sound, except Bugsy is far more interested in nightclub vamp Tallulah (Jodie Foster). The kids re-enact Prohibition era 1920's gangster rivalry, but with comical splurge guns instead of the usual lead variety.
