Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie
Animated feature film based on the comic book, trading card and television series phenomenon. A young boy called Yugi (voiced by Dan Green) becomes fixated on the popular card game Duel Monsters. He plays it morning, noon and night, unaware that the game can unleash ancient mystical energies with the potential to change the course of history. Far away, below the sands of Egypt, the evil Anubis re-awakens, many centuries after defeat at the hands of Yugi's enigmatic alter ego, the Pharaoh. Rising up from his tomb, Anubis swears revenge against Yugi and unleashes the sands of time to bury the youngster and his pals, with the diabolical intention of taking over the entire world.
