On the island of Jersey during World War II, young wife Grace waits patiently with her children Anne and Nicholas for the return of her husband Charles. The family lives in a large Victorian mansion, a place of secrets and strange voices on the wind. The sudden arrival of three new servants - Mrs Mills, Mr Tuttle and Lydia - has a dramatic effect on the house, catalysing a series of increasingly bizarre episodes which threaten the sanity of Grace and the children.Running Time: 104 minutes
