Operating from Minehead, Emergency Medical Response provides Medical Cover/First Aid Training to clients throughout Minehead. EMR is a volunteer based service which mainly delivers Training in First Aid, including FAW/EFAW/AED/AP/PeadiatricFA. Charges for Event Cover services are at cost only and only covers local events. EMR also are able to offer an 'Emergency First Responder' as part of the team should it be required. The aim is to give the local community the opportunity to use the services to help cover the local small events. EMR does not supply a HPC Paramedic Level of service, They are primarily offering a First Aid/Advanced First Aid level of service. EMR are capable of ensuring treatment of anyone requiring medical attention, and will ensure they receive the ongoing treatment should it be required. EMR carry all the relevant insurances required and all of the required equipment to ensure prompt professional care. They will cover any small event needing medical cover.
