Derwent Park
The ground was built in 1956 and it has a main stand & enclosure on one side, the stand has 1200 seats and press/radio boxes at the rear. The Popular side is covered terrace with bar facilities, alcohol and snacks are sold on match days. One corner of the ground has terracing with no cover, this is known to the locals as the pits corner due to the speedway pits location. The other end has no terraces but a large score board is mounted there, the club have plans to re-develop the g round with support from the local council. The ground also hosts speedway on a regular basis, the pitch has a speedway track around the outside.

There is a large car park in front of the stadium with room for approx. 300 vehicles
Disabled area is provided for easy viewing from a wheelchair and easy entry and exit points available, stewards are available to help. Access to club bars and shop are wheel chair friendly.
Exit the M6 at junction 40, and follow the A66 to Keswick/Cockermouth/Workington. You will enter Workington via a steep hill (Ramsey Brow) to a T-junction (...with the Henry Curwen pub on the corner). Turn left at the first set of traffic lights. Continue for approx 300 yards, and then turn right and continue through to next set of traffic lights until you come to the Railway Station. At this point, cross the junction and drive in front of the station, keeping in the left hand lane, ignore the first turning on your left and at about 100 yards turn sharp left into a narrow road leading to the Derwent Park stadium.
