Located close to the M1 Motorway and two miles from the centre of Leeds it serves a dual role as a venue for regional and national spectator events and a first rate sporting facility for the residents of Leeds. The main stand has 2,500 seats but on match days is limited to 2,300 seats. The Stadium is on four levels, the basement level is where the players dressing rooms and tunnel entrance to the pitch. On match days this area is out of bounds to the general public on match days.

Full disabled access - lift to all floors, disabled toilet and changing facilities.

Exit the M1 at junction 45 (Hunslet/Beeston). Turn left at top of slip road into Tunstall Road, continuing on to the T-junction, and then turn left into Dewsbury Road (A653). Continue straight through the first set of traffic lights, and then turn left at second into Middleton Grove. The ground is on the left hand side past the industrial estate.
