The ground itself looks a little tired, but with promotion back to the Football League in 2003, some much needed improvements have taken place. The ground is largely open, with both ends being open terracing. On one side is the old covered Main Stand.

This ground is equiped with a very large car park, which normally clears very quickly. Alternatively use the street parking in Belle Vue, between the ground and the Park Hotel.
Parking: 12 spaces along the side of the Main Stand and close to the disabled entrance. Access is level.
Facilities: 1 adapted toilet close to the disabled area and entrance. Catering facilities are not accessible from the disabled area but a catering tray is brought round. Stewards available to assist where possible.
Wheelchair Places: Covered seating is provided for 12 Home fans by a short ramp into a 2nd row wheelchair compound with helpers standing behind. There is no specified number for away fans.
