Car Parking: Minimal car parking is available at the stadium. Supporters wishing to use this facility must book prior to your visit with Carol Abdo on 020 7915 1956.
Stadium Access: Level access around the stadium with slight ramps. Lift access on request to elevated sections.
Toilets and Catering: Toilet facilities are available in close proximity to all disabled areas. Catering is available in main concourse areas of the West Stand Lower and are all fully accessible. There is also a trolley service available for disabled supporters at the front of the East Stand Lower.
Visually Impaired Supporters: We are able to offer visually impaired supporters headsets that will be tuned in to Big Blue radio station. Supporters wishing to use this facility should tell the DLO where they will be seated. A steward will deliver the headset to your seat on a matchday.
Home Ticketing areas for disabled/ambulant and personal assistants: We have 74 disabled areas mainly in the West stand. Personal assistants can be seated alongside the disabled supporter.
Away Ticketing areas for disabled/ambulant and personal assistants: Away supporters should contact their own club if they wish to book tickets. Personal assistants can be seated alongside the disabled supporter.
