Watermill, The
The Mill is a living part of Scottish history, producing organic oatmeal and offering a major attraction for tourists and educational visits. The present Mill built in 1825, was lovingly restored in 1987 by Tom Rodger, a seventh generation miller from Cupar in Fife. Visitors will see stone ground oatmeal being made in traditional Scottish manner.
