Good for the Body and Mind
Doing regular exercise is a vital part of a healthy regime. It is recommended that we do at least 3 sessions of 20-30 mins exercise per week. This can range from working out in the gym or taking a brisk walk to the shops and back. We need to do exercise to keep our diet intact. There is no point in eating a healthy diet unless you are going to use up the excess carbohydrates that we inevitably eat in a healthy diet. Not only is exercise good for your body it is also a mind rejuvenator. It helps to keep you feeling alert and active throughout the week.
