Sheelanagig are "one of those guaranteed good night out bands that make everybody love them." (Venue 2008) who more than earn their reputation as "Best Live Gig" (The Independent) with their dedication and virtuosic playing. They are one of Bristol's most celebrated bands who, with their fearless melodies and musical brilliance, have been storming the South-West scene since early 2005. At the heart of Sheelanagig's success is their blisteringly brilliant live act. Throwing themselves around the stage, their unrivalled exuberance combined with their outrageous mix of Chutzpah, Klezmer and Celtic kick, guarantees an awesome gig.
