Cheshunt Life Saving Club Cheshunt Lifesaving Club formerly known as Grundy park life saving club is a non profit making organisation which was established to give local people affordable training andeducation which will assist them to secure employment . The club is based at Turnford School in Mill Lane and we provide lifesaving training,first aid,pool lifeguard,swimming teacher and Health and Safety courses .We welcome new members ,why not come along and have a look we operate between 3.30 and 5.30 every Sunday .Please call before coming on 07949175597. The club was the brainchild of Roger browning who was a local fireman ,but has now retired to Scotland and he was assisted by ex WPC Sue Rownes .We have a longstanding tradition of commitment to the community and remain dedicated to its health and welfare . We are affiliated to the Royal Lifesaving Society this is a charity which has a long tradition of saving lives and encouraging its members and the public to do the same .You can find them at www.lifesavers.org .
