BY CAR From M5, via Tiverton (allow 25 to 30 minutes) Take exit 27 off the M5. Follow signs to Tiverton on A361 dual carriageway. Take the exit to Tiverton and follow signs for A396 Bickleigh. Follow this road to Bickleigh and just before the bridge turn right past the Fisherman’s Cot, signed to Crediton. Go over the little bridge and then immediately turn right to Cadeleigh. Follow this road up through Cadeleigh and straight out the other side for 5 or so minutes till you come to a left turn called Postbox Cross, signed to Cheriton Fitzpaine. Turn left and follow this single track road as it bears sharply to the left down the hill, keeping on it all the way until you come to a crossroads called Redyeates Cross (approx 10 minutes). Turn right, signed Way Village, and we are 100 yards on the left, down the end of the track. From Exeter (allow 25 minutes) Come out of Exeter on the A377 to Crediton. In Crediton, turn right to Tiverton on the A3072. Follow this road for 3 miles to Coffin Tree Cross. Turn left, signed Cheriton Fitzpaine past the farm shop on your right follow the road to Cheriton Fitzpaine.At crossroads go straight across, up the hill and down the other side, bear left at junction, then up the hill to a crossroads called Redyeates Cross on the brow of a hill. Go straight ahead and we are 100 yards on the left, down the end of the track. BY TRAIN Nearest station Exeter St Davids Station, 25 minutes away.
