By Road:Leave M5 motorway jct 30 following signs to services. Take first exit at services roundabout,signed Park & Ride/Middlemoor (B3183). Take second exit at next roundabout,signed City/Heavitree. Keep travelling straight on, through Heavitree taking right hand fork at top of hill. Go down hill and take second exit at roundabout. Go straight on a traffic lights over high street and into New North Rd, following road to left at mini-roundabout. Continue towards the Clock Tower roundabout and go straight across.At traffic lights turn left and left again at church into Bystock Terrace. We are situated just around corner on left of car park in square. By train:St Davids Station is short walk.From main exit, go past shops and across zebra crossing into steep St Clements Lane. At the top cross the second zebra crossing and turn right. Follow the road to the left and take first right at church into Bystock Terrace. We are situated just around the corner on left of car park in square. By train:Exeter Central 5 minute walk via Queen St. exit turn right along to clock tower and the square is on left.Number Twelve is located to the right of the car park. By coach:Less than 1/2 mile from bus and coach station. Taxis available in Paris St. Otherwise turn right into Paris St, go over traffic lights into New North Road and follow road to left towards the Clock Tower roundabout. Cross the road to the left of the Clock Tower and we are on right of the car park in the square. By air:Exeter airport 5 miles. Taxis available at airport. There is a bus which goes to St.Davids Station for airport travellers.
