From The North: - Follow the A1 until the B1340, signposted (Alnwick Denwick). - Continue, entering Alnwick. - Turn right onto Market Street B6341, follow this road over Alnwick Moor until you reach New Moor crossroads (crossing the A697). - At the crossroads, continue straight on (signposted Rothbury). - Stay on this road, passing Cragside and dropping down into Rothbury. - On entering Rothbury itself, turn left at the Jubilee Hall, cross over the bridge, bear left and continue up the hill where you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.
