Hotel Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: A no-show/ cancellation made less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival will result in your credit/ debit card being charged for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be made in writing by fax or e mail. Bookings more than one month in advance will be charged in full and 50 % is taken as NON- REFUNDABLE on your credit/ debit card as last minute cancellations are difficult to re-book which results in loss of business. A 5% surcharge will be made on all credit card bookings, otherwise cash/ sterling/ euros are acceptable on arrival.
COMMENTS: 2 days cancellation notice is required - please be advised that any cancellations made later will be charged at 100% of the booking rate.
Full payment required upon arrival.
Smoking allowed in communal lounge and dining area only.
Children over 16 only.
The new management now welcomes white vans and workmen - please enquire for weekly rates.
