There is a 2.5% surcharge for payments made at the hotel when using Visa / Mastercard and a 3.5% surcharge for payments made with American Express. There are no surcharges when using Switch or debit cards. Cancellation Policy - Individuals 10% of the total anticipated revenue will be charged as a administration fee, on reservations cancelled 7 + days before arrival date. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total anticipated revenue will be charged. Cancellation Policy: Group Bookings. A non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total anticipated revenue must be paid in order to guarantee any group booking of 3 bedrooms or more. The individual cancellation policy then applies.
