With comfortable rooms, traditional bar and restaurant with 70 covers and a function room, we are equidistant between Carlisle, Wigton, Penrith, Keswick and Cockermouth. We use only good locally sourced products to produce excellent ‘Rustic’ food, including game, hand-made pies, home-made chips and and a good vegetarian selection, a good value for money wine list and local Cask Ale brewed at Jennings over the fell at Cockermouth
