Welcome to Clarence House B and B. A warm welcome awaits you from Graeme and Margi Sheridan-Wallis at Clarence House, which was completely refurbished in 2008. Every room has been completely redecorated, with new digital TV, clock radio, new en-suites (2 with showers and one with bath), beds, bedding and of course free tea and coffee facilities Please note we do not accept children or pets. Walkers and cyclists welcome and if you arrive soaking wet we will do our best to dry you out in our rear outer lobby for a very small charge ( to cover the heating cost only!) Evening meals may be available by special arrangement at additional cost. Off road parking usually available. We are situated about half a mile from the centre of the quaint ever-popular village of Shanklin, within a short downhill walk to the sandy beach.A guest lounge is available from 5.00 - 11.00pm Most of the major stores are represented in Newport, the Isle's capital just a few miles away. There are a vast number of attractions throughout the Isle, all within very short distances to cater for all tastes. Double/twin rooms: �£50.00 - �£62.00 per room, 2 sharing with en-suite shower; there is a �£3 per person supplement for en-suite bathroom. 5% Discount for stays of longer than 2 days and repeat visits 20% Discount approx off above prices for stays between Tuesdays and Thursdays subject to availability - i.e. unless single or 2-day stays have already been booked. Special rates may apply during Isle of Wight events but will not exceed �£38.00 per person, �£48.50 for single person.
