|  | Travelling down M5 towards Exeter at Junction 31 continue on to A38 at Telegraph Hill. Bear left on to A380 sign posted Torquay , Newton Abbot & Teignmouth. Proceed on to Junction signed posted Teignmouth & Shaldon B3192. Proceed on into Teignmouth, at bottom of hill turn left and follow on in left hand lane. Keep to left hand lane after passing railway station turn left and follow road up round to the right then take next left up Dawlish Road. Take first right after speed camera into Cliffden Close, then turn right into Hotel.
