Located right next to Gippeswyk Park and just around the corner from the Ipswich railway station we are 10 minutes walking distance away from a large list of attractions in the town . Conveniently located for access to the town centre, Cineworld cinema complex, Liquid nightclub, Ipswich Town Football Club, Ipswich Docks, Suffolk University and numerous restaurants to name just a few. We are also only a few minutes drive away from attractions such as BT offices at Adastral Park in Martlesham, Foxhall Stadium, Suffolk Showground and Felixstowe Beach We have a variety of rooms, both basic and en-suite to try and cater for all your needs. All which contain TVs’, a free wireless internet connection, tea and coffee making facilities, towels, soaps and access to hairdryers and ironing facilities. |  | Directions from North/Midlands On A14 take junction 53 off onto A1156 (Bury Rd). Go straight over 2 roundabouts. Bury Rd will change into Norwich Rd. Keep driving until you arrive at 2 mini roundabouts. At these roundabouts take a right turn onto Chevallier St. Go straight over the intersection with Bramford Rd until you reach the next set of traffic lights. At these lights take a right hand turn onto London Rd. You will pass an Esso petrol station on your left hand side. At the next set of traffic lights take a left turn onto Ranelagh Rd going past Mcdondalds on your right hand side and the 1st set of traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights take a right turn underneath the railway bridge onto Ancaster Rd. We are the first building on the right hand side. |
