The hotel has a range of modern amenities and extensive leisure facilities, including 2 large heated outdoor pools, a gym, a squash court and a mini putting green.
The extensive gardens are a great spot in which to relax and enjoy the wonderful views. There is direct access to the beach from the bottom of the extensive gardens.

The splendid Victorian dining room has French windows looking out over the gardens and offers a superb 4-course dinner each evening.From the moment you enter Luccombe Manor you will be enthralled by the velvet splendour and richness of your surroundings. The elegant staircase leads to the galleried landings with beautifully crafted doorways and ceilings.

Boasting breathtaking panoramic sea views across the entire bay, The Grand View Tea Gardens is the perfect location to indulge in a homemade cream tea. It offers an extensive menu available from early morning until late into the afternoon. Famed for its fabulous lunches, including local shellfish, there is surely no better place to lunch!
You can enjoy a superb four-course dinner in the hotel's splendid Victorian dining room, which has French windows overlooking the gardens. An excellent choice is available at all meals, including traditional roasts and continental dishes. The table d'hôte menu changes daily and always includes a vegetarian option.
Special diets can usually be catered for with advance notice.
A good selection of wines is available to complement your meal, with something to suit any budget.
Dinner is served from 18:30pm each evening, with last orders taken at 20:00.
Children' s teas are served from 17:30 to 18:00 and should be ordered with reception before 12:00.
Breakfast is served from 08:00am to 09:30.
At the end of the day, what better way is there to relax than in the beautifully appointed bar lounge. An excellent selection of beers, spirits and liqueurs are available. While away the hours in a cheerful atmosphere with friends old and new, in warm and comfortable surroundings, or simply watch the boats go by.
