|  | From Plymouth take the A379 towards Kingsbridge which will take you to Modbury. In Modbury we are situated at the bottom of the hill, opposite The Tourist Information Centre. From Exeter follow onto the A377 (signposted Okehampton, Plymouth, Torquay, M5). Continue onto A30 and merge onto A38 towards Plymouth. At Wrangaton Cross Junction branch left onto A3121 and follow signs towards Modbury. |
