The friendly staff are efficient and multilingual and will assist you in all your queries and questions about Edinburgh. The accommodation is considered to be excellent by a number of guests, many of whom have returned many times.
The house does not have any left-luggage facilities, but the bus outside takes you straight to Waverley Train Station or the main bus station, where there are left-luggage lockers and holds. The staff will help you with this to make it as easy as possible for you.

A cooked and continental breakfast is served from 07:45 to 08:45. However, if you would like a longer lie-in, a continental breakfast can be brought to your room. If you like to rise earlier, continental breakfast only is served from 07:30, or a breakfast tray can be arranged the night before if you have an early flight.
