There is a splendid choice of dishes on offer, from an exciting and constantly changing menu, as well as a wide range of carefully selected wines. The restaurant uses only the finest, freshest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. All of the meat is British and is sourced from the local butcher. The hotel also offers a less formal menu in the surroundings of the brasserie or the bar. The new Express Lunch menu for weekdays represents excellent value.
