Clifton House | Clifton House is an historic Grade II listed former coaching inn providing 5 superb bedrooms, each presented to the highest standards. The Castle Inn, which is opposite, provides excellent food in the gastro pub style and is highly recommended but there are many fine pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Feather duvets, the best pillows and superb ambiance, whether for a business trip or romantic break, we offer something rather special - many of our guests return again and again which is the best accolade we could wish for.PLEASE NOTE: WE REGRET THAT THE HOUSE, FURNISHINGS AND GENERAL AMBIANCE ARE UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10 YEARS.
