	MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS Capricorn Quay is a relatively new development of Luxury Apartments on the waterfront in the City of Bristol. Number 38 is a three bedroom Penthouse. It is arranged on two floors with a large terrace on the top floor and several balconies, all over looking the water. The apartment is decorated and fully furnished to the highest standard and fitted with high quality appliances. In addition, there is internet access via wireless broadband and satellite televisionThe apartment has two allocated parking spaces in the underground car park. The car park is accessed via electronic gates and from the car park the apartment can be accessed directly via a lift. There is a video phone entry system.First floorOn the first level there are three bedrooms, the Master bedroom is a large bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobe space and a full en-suite bathroom. There are semi-circular glass doors leading out to a balcony overlooking the waterfront. There is a dressing table, seating area and a flat screen TV.
