There are 10 bedrooms, all centrally heated, with en-suite bathroom, colour TV and direct-dial telephone.The bars are cosy with log fires in Winter and offer a fine selection of malts. There are two intimate dining rooms and for larger parties, weddings, birthdays, ceilidhs etc, the Lamont Room is the perfect venue. Food is freshly prepared and cooked to order using the best of local produce.Good walking begins at the hotel door, to Kilfinan Bay or longer hikes on the hills providing wildlife sightings and scenery. |  | From Glasgow take M8 westwards towards GreenockGourock. Ferry from Gourock to Dunoon, either Caledonian Macbrayne or Western Ferries, sailing time 20 minutes. Drive through Dunoon to Sandbank on A885. Turn left at end of Sandbank onto B836 to Tighnabruaich.Coming down through Tighnabruaich, turn right at waters edge towards Kames and Millhouse. At Millhouse turn right onto B8000 to Kilfinan. |
