|  | We are located on the A21 heading south towards LamberhurstHastings, 100 yards before the Kippings Cross roundabout on the left, our turning is just before the road sign indicating 100 yards to roundabout. We are 4 miles out of Tunbridge Wells.The house is pink and has high hedges surrounding it, a B and B sign is located on the wooden 5 bar gate directing guests to the front of the property. |
