	Lynton House is a family run b&b only a few minutes from York City Centre and five mins from the University. We are on the main bus route into the city centre and close to the many attractions and restaurants York has to offer. Certain race meetings/bank holidays/Christmas/new year have a minimum of 2/3 nights stay. Please note that our B&B is non- smoking.

	We are most easily found by approaching from the a64 (york by-pass). (South side of york). Turn on to the a19 (york to selby road)and head towards york (centre)and you`ll enter 'fulford' we`re just a short distance on the right hand side. Any dramas give us a call and we`ll talk you in.
