	Whatever you have planned, the generous and tasty full cooked English breakfast is a great way to start your day. Only the finest quality items and best produce are used in all of the tasty home-cooked food. The self-service buffet-style breakfast bar offers a selection of fruit juices, plus fresh fruit, bananas, grapefruits and prunes, as well as a choice of cereals and dried fruits to sprinkle on top. Besides the usual quality orange juice, freshly squeezed fruit juices are now available, made using the freshest fruits available. The farmhouse-style full cooked English breakfast features lean, prime back bacon; traditional succulent pork sausages; fresh grilled tomatoes; mushrooms; a choice of egg; and baked beans; hash browns, or fried bread. Alternatively, the hotel also offers a selection of lighter options, including fresh Manx kippers, smoked haddock and poached egg and omelettes. Guests can also enjoy white or granary toast with fresh butter or low-fat spread and a large selection of jams, marmalades and preserves, including strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, orange cut marmalade, and honey. Breakfast is accompanied by unlimited tea or coffee. There is a selection of herbal and breakfast teas, including Earl Grey and Lady Grey, as well as a choice of instant or freshly ground coffee. Vegetarian or continental breakfasts are also available as an alternative and those with special dietary needs can be accommodated by prior request.
