Description	The multi-award winning ensemble, led by Derek Nash, with five saxophonists providing a formidable front line, kick off our 2010 programme. A unique sound, with a mix of driving swing, haunting ballads and Latin funk. Derek, son of Pat Nash who worked for over 30 years as arranger for the BBC Northern Dance Orchestra, is himself a well respected arranger, session musician and recording engineer.
