Description	The weekly exercise class held at Junction Farm Primary School, Butterfield Drive, in Eaglescliffe restarts after the summer break on Monday 7th September. The class, which has been running for 9 years, includes high energy dance style aerobics to improve fitness levels and floor exercises using resistance bands to strengthen and tone muscles. All ages and levels of fitness are catered for in this fun 75 minute workout with mats and equipment provided. Instructor, Christine MacDermid, is looking forward to welcoming new participants to join the regular ladies. "We are a very friendly group from teenagers to retired ladies who enjoy exercise and recognise the benefits of being active."
