Description	Embrace the Tiger, Climb the Mountain the Mystery of Tai Chi with Naomi Rochford. Originally devised by the Shaolin monks to strengthen the body for the Way of Transformation, Tai Chi uses the rhythms and forms of nature to align the human body into its natural fluid state. A comprehensive system of exercises characterised by gentle rhythmic spiralling movements, breath control and visualisation. The movements are both beautiful and satisfying to perform.
