FRIDAY MORNING MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION CLASSES Fridays, 10.15-11.15am It's never too late to meditate! Learn how to feel peaceful, positive and motivated through meditation and mindfulness techniques, and come away from classes with practical solutions to your everyday worries and problems. As we get older, our memory weakens and our minds less clear. Using simple yet powerful meditation techniques, we can learn to sharpen our mindfulness, so we can remember what is important to us and let go of what is unimportant or negative. It's never too late to learn how to become happier and feel revitalised with a renewed sense of purpose and direction. During this class, there will be instructions on mindfulness with two guided meditations. There will also be the chance to have some refreshments from our small cafe and chat with like-minded people after class if you would like to stay.
