***TWICE WEEKLY DROP-IN MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION CLASSES** Tuesdays, 5:15-5:45pm & Thursdays 5:45-6:15pm Don't allow the tensions from your day ruin your evening. Choose happiness, not negativity. Unwind, relax and let go of stress and tension from your busy day with simple guided meditations. It's not unusual to feel exhausted and wrung out by day-to-day stress, pressure and demands. In this class, you will be guided in simple relaxing meditation and mindfulness exercises that will help you melt away negativity and let go of the stress and tension you are holding onto.
