John Francis Bongiovi or Jon Bon Jovi is a sexy rock star with chiseled features, a killer smile, bright blue eyes, smooth skin and chestnut hair. Jon Bon Jovi was born in 1962 Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Jon Bon Jovi was interested in music from his early teens. He has spend more than a dozen years fronting his band rock'n'roll band "Bon Jovi", but more recently has been concentrating on his burgeoning acting career.

Bon Jovi fronted several bands before winning a local contest and forming the group now known for such hits as "Bad Medicine" and "Living on a Prayer". He spent most of his adolescence ditching school to play rock & roll, usually in local bands with his friend David Rashbaum. Tony who is Jovi cousin, worked at one of the famous New York recording studio called the "Power Station," which was where Jon hung out. Tony was hired as a janitor, and soon he was recording demos at the Power Station with a several famous musicians, including members of the E Street Band, also Aldo Nova.

Soon, Bon Jovi was the subject of a major-label bidding war, as a group or, according to some reports, just because Jovi - signed to Polygram/Mercury in 1983. The following year, Bon Jovi reunited to record their fifth album, Keep the Faith, which was released in the fall of 1992. A hits collection, Cross Road, followed in 1994, and in the fall of 1995, they released 3 days, which proved to be a bigger success in Europe than America. He also got his first taste of movie-making by appearing in a cameo appearance as a gunfighter killed within mins of the beginning.

Bon Jovi also released a solo album "Destination Anywhere" and filmed a 48-mins short companion film co-starring Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg. In 2003 Bon Jovi re-recorded many of their most well-known songs for the release and followed it in 2004 with a DVD companion of the same title.
